Hawaii Followup

Sarah noted that I was surprisingly negative in the previous post summarizing our activities in Hawaii, and I felt the need to correct the record and state that it was actually one of the best vacations we've ever had (and we've been fortunate to have quite a few, so that's saying something). Hawaii was gorgeous, warm and sunny and all-in-all very enjoyable.
